Somatic Breathwork with Aaron

What is Somatic breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body. Somatic Breathwork employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you truly are and how you want to show up in this world.

MEET AARON

Aaron Robinson is a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, mindfulness facilitator and the host of Opening Presence - a podcast created to aid those on the path of self realization. Over the last 5 years he has dedicated himself to creating spaces for healing, personal growth and accountability through workshops and public talks for corporations, non profits, schools and community. Realizing that most people struggle with consistency in their meditation practice, Aaron has created a modern framework for anyone to apply whenever they fall out of their routine. Through being open and sharing our collective experiences we see that showing up isn’t just half of the battle, it’s pretty much the whole thing.
