Vagaro is our external booking platform. It’s easiest to book using the Vagaro app with an account. If you get stuck, you most likely need to check your cart and either reset it or checkout from there.

Go through the checkout process in Vagaro, and in the final payment step you’ll find the option to insert your code.

First you need to purchase the class package or membership on Vagaro. There is a tab called “packages & membership”. After checkout you should be redirected to the classes page which will allow you to go to the class schedule. At checkout you’ll see that your package is applied at the payment page.

Yes, once you’ve added the class or workshop to your cart return to the calendar to rebook. When you add it to your cart for a 2nd time, a prompt will come up “

“This Class is Already in Your Cart

Would you like to add a friend to this class?”

Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time will result in an automatic refund to your selected payment method. For added convenience, you can reschedule your booking to another available date within 8 hours of the appointment time without any penalty. Other refunds are only issued in the case of emergencies.
