Wake up the spine with gentle rotations and movements, while focusing on intentional, rhythmic breathing using music to guide our tempo. We’ll pick up the intensity through the breath of fire technique, encouraging participants to find their depth while gently pushing the boundaries of their comfort zone. Move into a moderate tempo with standing positions, incorporating elements of air, water and fire into free flowing dance. Close on the floor with grounding breath & stillness.
